STEP 1
Initial CALL / QUOTE
Every project starts with a phone call to review your needs, timeline, and budget. We’ll ask for photos of your pool or equipment and, when possible, provide a free online estimate. More complex issues may require an in-person assessment. Diagnostic visits are separate and include a waivable fee.
STEP 2
Proposal SIGNING & DEPOSIT
After we do an online / in-person assessment, we will send you a proposal to your provided email. Once the proposal is signed, we bill for 50% of the repair as a deposit and move into production.
STEP 3
PRODUCTION
Now we move forward with the repair. Pumps, filters, heaters, lights, basic plumbing and electrical, salt systems, chlorinators, typically take us 1 day. If we do a combo of equipment alongside automation it can take 3-4 days.
STEP 4
CLOSEOUT & FINAL PAYMENT
Once the work is complete, we closeout the job, ensure everything tests and operates correctly. After verifying with the homeowner, we sign the final payment invoice to the same email used for the deposit. If there is ever any issues with the repair we made or anything else with your pool, let us know and we will help out.

FINANCING
A repair can be a major project, and every homeowner approaches it differently. For clients who prefer to explore financing, we can connect you with established third-party providers once your design, scope, and overall budget are clearly defined. Financing is never required and is discussed only after your project is properly planned.
COMMON qUESTIONS
HOW LONG DOES A REPAIR TAKE?
- Most repairs are done within 1 day. This includes pumps, filters, heaters, lights, small plumbing repairs, small electrical work, salt systems etc.
- If more than one repair is being done, it can take a few days. If doing a full equipment swap out with entirely new automation, expect 3-4 days.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR THE REPAIR OR DIAGNOSTIC?
- No, you do not. You can be out of town or at work during the repair / diagnostic. We just ask that you provide us open-access to the property by giving us a gate code or leaving a gate unlocked for us.
- We will always knock if preferred.
HOW MUCH DOES A REPAIRS COST TYPICALLY?

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO GET A QUOTE / STARTED?
- For basic repairs or equipment upgrades such as a pump replacement, we just need pictures of your equipment alongside your personal information to send you a free proposal online.
- If the repair might be complex. or there is adverse conditions, we can do an on site proposal. We would just need to schedule a date and time for the consultation.
DO YOU OFFER WARRANTIES ON YOUR REPAIRS?
- For equipment repairs and upgrades, we provide a one-year workmanship warranty in addition to applicable manufacturer warranties on parts and labor, which are commonly three years. Manufacturer warranty details can always be verified directly through the manufacturer after receiving the proposal we provide.
DO YOU DO DIAGNOSTICS? IS THERE A FEE?
- Yes, we do diagnostics. There is a fee of $120 for us to do so.
- This fee would be waived if we went forward with any equipment repairs or upgrades.
DO YOU DO LEAK DETECTION?
- No, locating the leaks within the pool or underground we do not handle and we will always recommend hiring a company that specializes in leak detection to do so.
- But if there is a leak at the equipment pad, that is visible, we can repair it.
