Construction Warranties

Shell

Lifetime Limited* Warranty: Structural shell warranted against structural failure due to workmanship and materials under normal residential use. Coverage subject to proper maintenance, normal soil conditions, and exclusions outlined in the construction contract.

Interior Finish – Pebble

Lifetime Limited* Warranty: Warranted against delamination and bond failure. Natural variation and wear are not considered defects. (Only applies to Sunstone Pearl Pebble)

Equipment and Other Misc.

Manufacturer Warranty: Equipment is covered by applicable manufacturer warranties, typically three (3) years or more, depending on product selection.

Additional Build Components: Warranty coverage for other aspects of the build is limited and varies by component, typically ranging from one (1) to three (3) years*.
