  • After permitting, it takes 2-3 months for the construction process to be complete. This means 2-3 months from the time we break ground to having your pool filled with water.

  • For remodels, warranties vary by scope of work and are fully disclosed before your project begins. This typically includes a one-year workmanship warranty, along with extended or limited lifetime warranties on structural components such as the pool shell and plaster.
  • For equipment repairs and upgrades, we provide a one-year workmanship warranty in addition to applicable manufacturer warranties on parts and labor, which are commonly three years. Manufacturer warranty details can always be verified directly through the manufacturer after receiving the proposal we provide.
  • No, you do not. You can be out of town or at work during the repair / diagnostic. We just ask that you provide us open-access to the property by giving us a gate code or leaving a gate unlocked for us.
  • We will always knock if preferred.
  • For basic repairs or equipment upgrades such as a pump replacement, we just need pictures of your equipment alongside your personal information to send you a free proposal online.
  • If the repair might be complex. or there is adverse conditions, we can do an on site proposal. We would just need to schedule a date and time for the consultation.
  • For equipment repairs and upgrades, we provide a one-year workmanship warranty in addition to applicable manufacturer warranties on parts and labor, which are commonly three years. Manufacturer warranty details can always be verified directly through the manufacturer after receiving the proposal we provide.
  • Yes, we do diagnostics. There is a fee of $120 for us to do so.
  • This fee would be waived if we went forward with any equipment repairs or upgrades.
  • No, locating the leaks within the pool or underground we do not handle and we will always recommend hiring a company that specializes in leak detection to do so.
  • But if there is a leak at the equipment pad, that is visible, we can repair it.
  • Pools are serviced on a weekly schedule to maintain proper water chemistry, cleanliness, and overall system health.

  • Service days are consistent but may shift slightly due to weather or holidays.

  • Weekly service includes surface skimming, brushing, debris removal, vacuuming, water testing and chemical balancing, emptying baskets, and a visual equipment check.
  • Yes, filter cleaning are included with our weekly maintenance.
  • Please keep in mind backwashing D.E filters does require additional D.E to be added to ensure the filter works. There is an additional cost for the D.E to re-charge the grids.
  • All filters are cleaned on an as-needed basis but there are a few general rules of thumb for frequency of cleanings:
    • We typically clean single cartridge filters every 3-4 weeks.
    • Quad filters every 3 months.
    • Sand filters as-needed.
    • D.E filters as-needed.
  • No. Salt cell cleanings are an additional service and are billed separately when needed.

  • The frequency depends on the manufacturer’s guidelines and the level of calcium buildup. If a salt cell is operating properly and producing chlorine, cleaning is not necessary—unnecessary cleanings can shorten the lifespan of the cell.

  • Yes. Chemicals are provided as part of your service unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
  • We test and balance your pool water during every visit using industry-standard methods to ensure safe, clean, and comfortable swimming conditions.
  • No. As long as we have access to your pool and equipment, you do not need to be home. Many of our customers prefer hands-off service while they’re at work or away.
  • Light rain does not prevent service. In cases of severe weather, your visit may be rescheduled to ensure proper service quality.
  • Yes. If we notice an issue during routine service, we’ll communicate it clearly and recommend next steps before any repairs are performed.
  • Routine maintenance does not include repairs, part replacements, or major cleanups. If an issue is identified, we’ll notify you and provide options separately.
  • Maintenance pricing depends on pool size, surrounding foliage, if there is a spa, and other service requirements.
  • We’ll provide a clear monthly rate after reviewing your pool so there are no surprises.
  • Our maintenance service is month-to-month, giving you flexibility without long-term commitments.
  • In most cases, service can begin within a few business days after setup and confirmation of access.
  • We focus primarily on recurring maintenance. One-time cleanings may be available depending on pool condition and scheduling availability.
  • We provide professional pool maintenance across Jacksonville and Northeast Florida.
