I had the best experience I’ve ever had with Scott! He was able to diagnose my pool problem over the phone (suction valve cover broken) gave me a suggestion of a less expensive fix and then came and promptly fixed the problem! While he was at our home, he tolerated our questions and gave professional insight on the type of cleaner to buy (which had nothing to do with our original problem LOL).
