DESIGNING YOUR DREAM POOL

Every new pool we build and remodel starts with a clear, structured design process to ensure the final result fits the property, the homeowner’s vision, and long-term performance expectations.

We begin by reviewing the property survey to understand setbacks, easements, utilities, and any site constraints. From there, we meet with the homeowner for an on-site consultation to discuss goals, layout preferences, features, and overall use of the space. During this visit, we take precise measurements and evaluate how the pool will integrate with the home and surrounding property.

Using the information gathered, all design work is completed in-house at Scott’s Pools & Spas. We create detailed 3D renderings, along with images and video walkthroughs, allowing you to see the pool, features, and layout before construction begins. This step ensures clarity, alignment, and confidence before moving forward.

If adjustments or refinements are needed, we’re happy to make changes to the design until it reflects exactly what you’re looking for. Our goal is to finalize a design that is intentional, functional, and fully aligned with how you plan to use your outdoor space.
