WHAT WE DO
HOW WE DO IT
STEP 1

STEP 2
Proposal SIGNING & PAYMENT
After we do an in-person assessment, we will send you a proposal to your provided email with a beginning service day detailed. Once the proposal is e-signed, we bill for the month pro-rated if applicable. We require a card on file for service.
STEP 3
PRODUCTION
Now we move forward with the production. During the first visit we will do a very thorough hands on inspection and cleaning of your filter, and salt system if applicable/needed. Alongside the regular cleaning service.

COMMON qUESTIONS
HOW OFTEN WILL MY POOL BE SERVICED?
Pools are serviced on a weekly schedule to maintain proper water chemistry, cleanliness, and overall system health.
Service days are consistent but may shift slightly due to weather or holidays.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN WEEKLY MAINTENANCE?
- Weekly service includes surface skimming, brushing, debris removal, vacuuming, water testing and chemical balancing, emptying baskets, and a visual equipment check.
ARE FILTER CLEANINGS INCLUDED?
- Yes, filter cleaning are included with our weekly maintenance.
- Please keep in mind backwashing D.E filters does require additional D.E to be added to ensure the filter works. There is an additional cost for the D.E to re-charge the grids.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU CLEAN FILTERS?
- All filters are cleaned on an as-needed basis but there are a few general rules of thumb for frequency of cleanings:
- We typically clean single cartridge filters every 3-4 weeks.
- Quad filters every 3 months.
- Sand filters as-needed.
- D.E filters as-needed.
ARE SALT CELL CLEANINGS INCLUDED?
No. Salt cell cleanings are an additional service and are billed separately when needed.
The frequency depends on the manufacturer’s guidelines and the level of calcium buildup. If a salt cell is operating properly and producing chlorine, cleaning is not necessary—unnecessary cleanings can shorten the lifespan of the cell.
DO YOU PROVIDE YOUR OWN CHEMICALS?
- Yes. Chemicals are provided as part of your service unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE CHEMICALS AND WATER BALANCE?
- We test and balance your pool water during every visit using industry-standard methods to ensure safe, clean, and comfortable swimming conditions.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME DURING SERVICE?
- No. As long as we have access to your pool and equipment, you do not need to be home. Many of our customers prefer hands-off service while they’re at work or away.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS ON MY SERVICE DAY?
- Light rain does not prevent service. In cases of severe weather, your visit may be rescheduled to ensure proper service quality.
WILL YOU NOTIFY ME IF SOMETHING IS WRONG?
- Yes. If we notice an issue during routine service, we’ll communicate it clearly and recommend next steps before any repairs are performed.
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED IN ROUTINE MAINTENANCE?
- Routine maintenance does not include repairs, part replacements, or major cleanups. If an issue is identified, we’ll notify you and provide options separately.
HOW IS MAINTENANCE PRICED?
- Maintenance pricing depends on pool size, surrounding foliage, if there is a spa, and other service requirements.
- We’ll provide a clear monthly rate after reviewing your pool so there are no surprises.
IS MAINTENANCE A CONTRACT OR MONTH-TO-MONTH?
- Our maintenance service is month-to-month, giving you flexibility without long-term commitments.
HOW SOON CAN SERVICE START?
- In most cases, service can begin within a few business days after setup and confirmation of access.
DO YOU OFFER ONE-TIME CLEANINGS?
- We focus primarily on recurring maintenance. One-time cleanings may be available depending on pool condition and scheduling availability.
CAN YOU ALSO HANDLE REPAIRS IF NEEDED?
