HOW LONG DOES A NEW POOL BUILD TAKE?
- After permitting, it takes 2-3 months for the construction process to be complete. This means 2-3 months from the time we break ground to having your pool filled with water.
WHAT ARE MY POSSIBILITIES WITH A NEW BUILD?
- Our projects are highly customizable and can incorporate a wide range of features, including pools, spas, water features, fire features, screen enclosures, artificial turf, outdoor kitchens, and other outdoor living enhancements.
- We work with you during the design process to determine which features make sense for your property, usage, and budget, while also accounting for engineering and permitting requirements where applicable.
HOW MUCH DOES A NEW BUILD COST TYPICALLY?
- Most of our new pools start out at around $60,000 but can cost more depending on factors like size and features.

WHAT KIND OF REMODELS DO YOU DO?
- We handle a wide range of pool remodel projects, from simple deck replacements to full renovations. This includes resurfacing, new tile and coping, sun shelves, water features, spa additions, outdoor kitchens, screen enclosures, and more.
HOW MUCH DOES A REMODEL COST?
- Pricing varies depending on the scope and complexity of the remodel. Most remodel projects typically start around $15,000 and increase based on design, materials, and features selected.

WHAT KIND OF REPAIRS DO YOU DO?
- We handle repairs and upgrades of varying complexity, from simple light replacements to complete equipment pad upgrades with full automation that allows you to control your pool system from anywhere. This includes pumps, filters, gas heaters, electric heat pumps, salt systems, chlorinators, valves, plumbing, and electrical work.
WHAT CLEANING / MAINTENANCE SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
- We offer routine weekly cleaning maintenance for both in-ground pools and spas. Each visit includes testing and balancing chemicals, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, vacuuming, brushing tile, skimming, and monitoring equipment each visit. We also clean filters and salt cells as needed.
- We also offer green to clean services. Sometimes a pool may need to be drained and pressure washed or acid washed, but most of the time we can turnover a green pool just with chemicals and a few visits.
WHAT KIND OF WARRANTIES DO YOU OFFER?
- For new pool construction and remodels, warranties vary by scope of work and are fully disclosed before your project begins. This typically includes a one-year workmanship warranty, along with extended or limited lifetime warranties on structural components such as the pool shell and plaster.
- For equipment repairs and upgrades, we provide a one-year workmanship warranty in addition to applicable manufacturer warranties on parts and labor, which are commonly three years. Manufacturer warranty details can always be verified directly through the manufacturer after receiving the proposal we provide.
