At Scott’s Pools & Spas, we stand behind the work we perform on new pool builds, remodels, repairs, and ongoing maintenance. Our warranties are based on proper workmanship, manufacturer standards, and clear expectations.

CONSTRUCTION WARRANTIES
*Remodel Disclaimer: For remodel projects, warranty coverage applies only to newly installed or replaced components. Existing pool shells, structures, plumbing, electrical systems, and conditions outside the contracted scope are not covered.*
SHELL
- Lifetime Limited* Warranty: Structural shell warranted against structural failure due to workmanship and materials under normal residential use. Coverage subject to proper maintenance, normal soil conditions, and exclusions outlined in the construction contract.
INTERIOR FINISH - PEBBLE
- Lifetime Limited* Warranty: Warranted against delamination and bond failure. Natural variation and wear are not considered defects. (Only applies to Sunstone Pearl Pebble)
EQUIPMENT AND OTHER MISC.
- Manufacturer Warranty: Equipment is covered by applicable manufacturer warranties, typically three (3) years or more, depending on product selection.
- Additional Build Components: Warranty coverage for other aspects of the build is limited and varies by component, typically ranging from one (1) to three (3) years*.
REPAIR WARRANTIES
WORKMANSHIP
- Repairs performed by Scott’s Pools & Spas are warranted for workmanship-related issues for one (1) year from the date of service.
EQUIPMENT
- Manufacturer Warranty: Equipment is covered by applicable manufacturer warranties, typically three (3) years or more, depending on product selection.
REGULAR MAINTENANCE WARRANTIES
GREEN WATER CORRECTION
For clients enrolled in ongoing weekly maintenance, if a serviced pool turns green due to a service-related issue, we will return and correct the condition at no additional charge.
This coverage applies to green algae conditions only and does not extend to other types of algae (yellow / black).
