These finish-focused remodels are generally turnkey and do not require engineering or permitting.
Structural remodels include spa additions, sun shelves, benches, screen enclosures, outdoor kitchens, and pool structure modifications. These projects often require engineering, permitting, and a more involved construction process.

- For basic finish remodels, typically 1-3 weeks depending on the scope.
- For structural remodels, it can take 1-2 months after permit’s are approved.
WHAT ARE MY POSSIBILITIES WITH A REMODEL?
- Our projects are highly customizable and can incorporate a wide range of features, including pools, spas, water features, fire features, screen enclosures, artificial turf, outdoor kitchens, and other outdoor living enhancements.
- We work with you during the design process to determine which features make sense for your property, usage, and budget, while also accounting for engineering and permitting requirements where applicable.
DO YOU DO CONCRETE / FIBERGLASS / VINYL POOLS?
- Currently, we specialize exclusively in concrete pool remodels.
DO YOU CREATE THE DESIGNS?
- Yes, after the On-Site Design Consultation, we create a free 3D design and detailed proposal outlining scope, features and pricing.
- If any changes are desired, we will fine-tune the design together – priotizing what matters most and adjusting based on budget.
HOW MUCH DOES A REMODEL COST TYPICALLY?
- Most of our remodels start out at around $15,000 but can cost more depending on factors like size and features.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO GET STARTED?
- For basic finish remodels, we just begin whenever we get the go ahead from you.
- For structural remodels, we need an up-to-date property survey (if you don’t have one or don’t know how to obtain one, we will help you).
DO YOU OFFER WARRANTIES ON YOUR REMODELS?
- For remodels, warranties vary by scope of work and are fully disclosed before your project begins. This typically includes a one-year workmanship warranty, along with extended or limited lifetime warranties on structural components such as the pool shell and plaster.
- For equipment repairs and upgrades, we provide a one-year workmanship warranty in addition to applicable manufacturer warranties on parts and labor, which are commonly three years. Manufacturer warranty details can always be verified directly through the manufacturer after receiving the proposal we provide.
